PROJECT 1
2019 Public-Private Analytic Exchange Best Practices in Vetting. Participated in the design and development of key procedures and methodology to research and analyze innovations, current procedures and processes within industry, federal, state, and local government relating to current vetting processes for pre-screening and post employment vetting.
PROJECT 2
Virtual 3D simulation design and development. Created a prototype of a mental health behavioral training site for individuals with post traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury.
PROJECT 3
Human Centered Design Process. Designed and developed training for a major military command that saved a reported $4M for the Command.
PROJECT 4
Military Career Transition. Utilizing seven years of research into career transition; designed a model of career transition that is facilitated to federal agencies.

We design programs that determine the root cause of behaviors while designing solutions to very complex psychological social issues.
